Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your product, please contact us at email@example.com in order to request a refund. We aim to reply to all requests within 2 working days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is accepted we will process a refund back to your original payment method immediately. Please note, funds can take up to 5 working days to show back in your bank.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card compay. If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note, we are unable to offer a refund on any items in the sale unless they are damanged or faulty. We're happy to exchange the item or alternatively, issue a store credit.
