Returns

We're sorry you're not happy with your purchase! The good news is returns to Poppie Snow couldn't be more simple...

- Notify us on hello@poppiesnow.com or get in touch with us via our contact us page.

- Repackage your items in the original packaging or in protective packaging

- Return to us via your local courier or royal mail. At this time, customers are responsible for paying returned shipping costs.

- Our returns policy lasts 14 days. You have 14 days from the receipt of your purchase to return items to us for a full refund. Unfortunately if 14 days has elapsed we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. 

- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original 'inner' packaging.

- To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund is being processed. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method and can take up to 5 days to show back in your account. 

 

Sale items:

Please note, sale items are none returnable unless they are faulty or damaged. A store credit will be issued for the amount of the sale item returned. This must be used within 6 months.

Poppie Snow occasionally will run 'Second Sales' selling damaged stock or stock which has previously been used in photoshoots or for marketing purposes. This stock is therefore; not in the original state or packaging. In the case of Second Sales, stock cannot be returned or exchanged as you are agreeing to buy the item 'as seen'. Poppie Snow will ensure all defects are described thoroughly in the item description helping you to make an informed purchase.


Returning damaged or faulty items:

- If you have received a damanged or faulty item and would like to refund / return, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item. Unfortunetly, we cannnot accept liability if you fail to notify us within 24 hours and we will be unable to process your refund.
