Order Queries

Where is my order?

Your order should arrive within the time frame indicated with your chosen delivery method. If you can't rememeber which delivery method you selected you can find this in your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you'll recieve a shipment notification email which contains tracking information - this will enable you to track the progress of your parcel.

If the delivery time frame has passed and you’ve still not received your items, please get in touch with our Customer Service team with your order details. You can use the 'contact us' link below. Please make sure to send us your order number so we can investigate your order status for you.

Where is my order confirmation email?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation
sent to the email address you provided at checkout. These emails can sometimes get lost in spam/junk so do check in there too.

If you're still unable to locate your order confirmation email, please log back into your account with us and check the order has gone through correctly. If the order is showing in your account, then please do get in touch and we'll be happy to help!

Can I amend my order once it has been placed?

If you would like to make any amendments to your order, we recommned getting in touch with us via email within one hour of placing your order. We're unable to guarantee we will be able to make these amendments as we may have already started processing your order, but we will always try our best.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have made a mistake or changed your mind for whatever reason, you can cancel your order providing you get in touch with us within one hour of placing your order.

I purchased a pre-order item. When will it arrive?

If you’ve purchased a product with us on pre-order, we will always state the date that your item will be shipped on the product page. Your order will be shipped using the Delivery method you selected at checkout and you'll also recieve a shipping notification email.

If for whatever reason, the pre-order item you have ordered is delayed will be contact you via email informing you of the new dispatch date.
